8 Weeks to Create a Lifelong Practice

You matter. You are precious. Start believing that. 

Devotion to self care is what the world needs right now. And especially for women. 

More women who look after themselves. More women who are WELL. 

We women we are worn down. We are exhausted. We are traumatised. We are numbing out with alcohol, social media and more. We are burnt out. We are not thriving in such a way so we can show up and start to lead the charge in the way we are SO needed to, at this time of deep hurt on a planet-wide level. 

Your soul is calling. Are you listening? Are you awake? Or are you too much in the pain, still? I say this without judgment as I was there for years. And those years were necessary, I needed to take time to gather the strength. So I can step up to the plate now - and help YOU. 

I learned some stuff in those years. And now I want to pass them on - to you - over 8 lovely weeks where we will address mind, body and soul devotion to self. This is where it begins, and ends - with YOU. When you are thriving you can do the thing, help the person, rise up and run the show (or find deep inner peace so you can be happy - and also lead the household with a regulated nervous system - this is just as important as the so called big work).

The Pillars of the Program

Weekly Meetups

We meet for 90-120 minutes, weekly over 8 weeks. Thursdays at 12 midday - 1.30/2pm GMT. First, we do a gentle yoga practise. There is a weekly theme, which I introduce, then we check in, and then journal and close with reflections.

Daily Journal 

I have created an online journal for you to print off and fill in, daily for 8 weeks. It fits with the themes that we explore week by week, and will really help you hone your self care practice.

121 Coaching 

We will spend a 1 hour coaching session together, so that I can get to know you, what you want from the program and make this a meaningful and impactful experience.
