
Yoga with me
I am a 500 hours yoga teacher. I also have CPD in Yin Yoga; Aromatics for Yoga; Sober Yoga; Pranayama & Meditation; Advanced Yoga Sutras. Yoga is my passion; it's the way I love my life (well, I try to!). It's the most life affirming, life changing modality I have ever experienced. Now, I help others fall in love with yoga, too.

My style of yoga
I practice gentle, embodied yoga, in a slow flow, vinyasa / hatha style with elements of Yin! What that means in normal language is my yoga is easy going, with many adaptations and choices, and flowy and stretchy.
Yoga is about being in your body, so that you can still the mind. This is a type of 'embodiment'. We spend so much time in our minds, we have forgotten the wisdom of the body. Yoga helps us to 'drop in', to breathe, to meditate. The more time we spend in this relaxed state, in mindful movement, breath or meditation, the healthier and calmer we are.

My sessions are trauma-informed, accessible, and neuro-affirming (I am an ADHDer). It is all about what feels good, not what looks good. Self-advocacy is very important. We are here to move out bodies and settle our minds, and this is non competitive, and self-compassionate.
